Electronic and Magnetic devices are widely used in many strategic and economical sections such as power electronics, home appliances, medical, energy and food production, military and communications. The performance of such devices can be monitored by improving the electronic and magnetic properties and intriguing features in the premier form of the materials design, which can be done with the interconnection with industrial parties. The vision behinds the materials research, device engineering with the industry is to take part in building energy-efficient and sustainable systems, targeting the coming "New Egypt" and "the National Sustainable Development Strategy (Egypt Vision 2030)" in Science and Technology Basic Plan of Egypt, that supports innovation and stimulates knowledge-based economy. In the following, we shed a light on some of our research achievements in the related fields.
